New payment: pro forma invoice

We have introduced on Nettigo new pavement form. It is pro forma invoice.

If You select this payment at checkout, we will issue pro forma invoice and will send it to given email address. Order can be paid using PayPal (invoice will be issued in PLN) or in EUR. In the former case You can pay via PayPal or SEPA wire transfer.

Proforma is preferred way of payment if Your order is eligible of reverse charge (without Polish VAT included in prices).
